A couple of quotes from that article:

"Midway and Epic Games Unreal Tournament 3 for PC fared even worse, selling just 33,995. However, sales will be supplemented by PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions. The game launched for PC on November 19, also receiving strong reviews."

"I stopped playing hardcore games on my computer a couple years ago. It just takes too much time and money to keep up with the latest trends and tweaking of the settings for me to want to deal with it anymore. My consoles makes it easy and I get amazing graphics on my HDTV's sitting in bed or on my couch."

--------------
I suppose that most who are going to buy the pc version have already bought it. Since sales was such a flop, I'm wondering just how zealous Epic will be with future patches. Time will tell. Epic screwed up by not making this game playable on current machines. Us Sinners are going beyond what Epic deserves in sticking with it...tweaking it...waiting for them to do something that will tell us...hey this is great

I hope your reading this Epic

Hehe....one of those guys who made a comment about that article said "As it is, UT3 sold more than they should have". I thought that was funny. Lol Lol

Well to me it seem like UT2003 all over... bugs that should have been fix before the game came out..i mean there stuff that i had to do to get the game to work.. i never had a game that was this hard to get running..Half life2. Sin2. lostplanet. F.E.A.R . Quake4. Hellgate London Demo. Crysis_SP_DEMO ran with very very little or no problems. I think Epic spent to much time making ut3 work with XBOX 360 and Playstation3. from what i understand console players are able to play with ppl playing on PC ver of UT3. multiplayer UI is so different from past ut games that it dont even feel like ut. hopefuly they patch things to make it right and not making a flop like uy2003.

UT3 is a sparkling, shimmering, glowing....TURD! And here I thought game producers payed the beta testers, not the other way around!
